The heartless woman behind the counter (Gloria) wouldn't give me a change of address form that should have been in the lobby but the dispenser was empty. There is a huge line and between customers I asked her for the form. Been here for 10 minutes so far and I have to go through the whole line just to get the forms.

I was in line trying to ship an order and before I get to the window the lady told me they weren't allowed to ship it. I was confused as to why and just wanted an explanation and all I got was an idgaf attitude..smh.. she lucky I didn't pop off her fat@$$

Two years ago they delivered to one of my neighbors the orders I made for Christmas and his Christmas order for his daughter to me. I was lucky enough that my neighbor was an honest person and I didn't lost a $400 order. Now this freaking year they did the same thing I don't know if it's a coincidence but they order I made was from the same store I made two years ago and again this time my package never arrived and even though they said they delivered my order they never did . I work from home I'm always here 24/7 except on Sunday's so I'm always here and most likely they delivered my order to the wrong neighbors and this time who knows where the postman left my box I never got it! After talking to the store and explaining what happen they replaced my order it's out for delivery was suppose to arrive today so far nothing I'm still waiting! And the post office doesn't take any responsibility for what happen freaking sucks!
