i have been going to this Dobbs for around 6 years. each year that passed i got more disappointed in them The last time i went and got oil change I called to see how busy they were. The person answering the phone was rude and told me just to drop the car off and they would try and get to it. When you only have one car in your household for 2 drivers, you need the car. I always wait for the car. I put a complaint in regarding this and of course a nice man from corporate call stating he was sorry for my inconvenience. He talked with the store and said they could get me in and the oil change would be complementary due to my inconvenience. He would call the store back and let them know. Of course the oil change was not complementary at all and I also had to pay for an extra filter. After they were done with the oil change, my car ran badly. Saturday my oil change light went on. I was not looking forward to going back to Dobbs because you know once you complain about their work nothing gets done properly, like the last time they did the oil change. So a friend recommended another place so I thought I would try them. I got my oil changed at the other place yesterday and my car runs smoother then it has in a long time. Dobbs in Fenton is so busy that they rush to get all the cars worked on even for the regulars that have been going there for years. Dobbs you lost a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had previously had a good experience here but am forced to edit my review. I sent an email to the manger on November 20 and as of November 28 have not gotten a response. I have put it below. Buyer beware here. "Dear Mr. Cillo, I replaced both rear tires on my Camaro on 10/13/2016 order 19-519446. Last week one of my tires blew out on the side wall. Your company refused to cover it as they did not find a puncture regardless of the fact that the entire outside wall was blown out. I spent $660.58 on the first set and had to replace the tire for $259.97 order 19-54794. I did not even get a year out of the tire as I ran winter tires for about five months of that. I had the same problem with a tire purchased from Discount Tire (the chain) and they replaced it minus a $10 warranty fee.  I have been impressed with all of your employees and had recommended your company in the past but unless something is done about this situation I will no longer be using your company. Andrew gave me a $10 discount on the tire but that does not cover even 5%. I would appreciate if you would review the situation and consider a different solution. Thanks." Not a great situation to be put in and as I stated in the past I had a similar situation with a different company and no issues. I would not recommend buying tires here.

I had to give this store 1 star in order to post my review but if I had the choice I wouldn't even give it that. This was my first experience with Dobbs and I will never return I will also make sure everyone I know doesn't choose Dobbs for any service either. I came into this store Saturday morning on the 11th of November for 4 new tires. I called Thursday afternoon to have 4 tires ordered and sent to this store so Saturday morning when they opened I could be there and get my tires changed. I was told it would take no longer than an hour a half considering I needed to leave to go out of town. I got my car there at 7:15 am and my car was not done till almost 3 hours later. When asked what was taking so long and when my car would be done I was given multiple excuses and nothing was corrected. They put me over an hour behind for leaving town. I let them know I was not happy and I would not return and that my dad was going to have me order tires for his BMW and after I spoke to him about my experience on the phone he said to forget the tires and he would go somewhere else for his tires. After informing them of my unhappiness they just seemed like they didn't care and couldn't be bothered. I am one very upset and very disappointed ONE TIME customer.

These guys are great. Always honest and do great work. Love the warranties they offer on their parts and labor as well!

Went in to replace a serpentine belt and they said my alternator was failing. I was suspicious and declined. I had a mechanic friend test it and he said the alternator was charging perfectly. They tried to sell me a $470 service that was not needed.
