I was paired with Mr. Casey Burns. One of the best salesman I have every ran across. I have never met someone who will go over and beyond to help a complete stranger. I mean, lets be honest. He only thing he knew about me was that I was a single mother, my credit score and past employment history. I'm not saying it's a bad thing but it felt so good not to feel judged. He is very personable, calm, understanding, patient and just all around a great guy. He will try his hardest to get you in a new ride. I was blessed with a 2018 Chevy. This is possibly the best Christmas gift I could ever ask for. 

Thank you Casey for making my experience worth the long stressful nights at work, stressful days catching the bus in the cold because it came full circle. You're truly a blessing and I appreciate everything you have done for me and my baby girl!

I just purchased my third Truck from Jim Butler and once again .... I couldn't be happier. It was my best buying experience yet. Which I think is in part due to the fact that my last two purchases have gone so well, and the team and Jim Butler has consistently exceeded expectations over the last three and a half years. Always taking great care for my truck when it has been in for scheduled work, helping to squeeze me in for a last minute oil change before heading to my brothers wedding out of state, and just overall making it a great experience well after the initial purchase. For this purchase, I knew exactly what I was looking for so I contacted Tim whom I have worked with in the past. Asking him about trucks that fit the criteria I was looking for. He responded to me within the hour with a few options. We went back and forth over the next hour or so talking about options, features, what I really wanted, and he helped me figure out which would be best for me. Little did I know, he was doing all of this while on vacation! I told him I wouldn't be able to make it in until the following week. Upon showing up, each Butler team member I walked past greeted me with a smile and a kind word. Tim got me set up with the truck I was looking for, test drove it, and from that point on ... I knew I was going to make a purchase but I couldn't that evening. Over the next 24 hours the Butler team helped me get everything in order with trading in my truck and getting me set up to take home the new one. Each person that called or talked with me in person was truly helpful, in great spirits and genuine... making the truck buying process enjoyable and solidifying my decision! Overall, another phenomenal experience at Jim Butler!

Very happy with the salesman Donnie Reckert. I bought my 16 impala from him and he got me the best deal around made sure I got all of the promotions that I qualified for. Definitely will be back if I ever need another vehicle. Hopefully Donnie will still be there to help.

Great experience. Didn’t find a vehicle the first time around, but came back 2 weeks later because we knew we wanted to buy from Stacy! He was not pushy, and he helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect car the second time around. Couldn’t be happier with the salesmen, customer service and financial department for the smooth transition into our “new to us” used vehicle!

Brian Ries was fantastic to work with! He listened to what I wanted in my Equinox & found the perfect one for me. There was no pressure & actually what I had been dreading & putting off for months, was a very pleasant car buying experience! I have & will continue to highly recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet & if anyone is fortunate enough to get Brian as their sales person, they will not be disappointed
