Skilled and friendly staff make it almost fun to get your car serviced. Prices are similar to dealer prices but the convenience of a local service location tips the scale. I had my three vehicles serviced there in one day (they all needed state and emissions inspections at the same time). They correctly diagnosed a problem with one of them and they're all on the road. The fortune cookies are fun little plus.

We've used their shop twice so far...once for suspension issues and recently for a complete overhaul of the cooling system in our Chrysler (synonymous with "crisis") Mini Van. Amy, who handled reception, coordination and billing was AWESOME helping us navigate through the diagnostics and worked with us to hold the vehicle once the maintenance was complete until we were able to get our payment through. The first maintenance trip, they bent over backwards to provide us with a vehicle while the van was being worked on. They warrantee their work, and are quick and efficient. Amy was an absolute doll...warm, friendly and personable, we felt like we were dealing with family. We'll continue to go back for our maintenance needs. Pricing was reasonable for us considering how involved each issue was.

The front staff was really nice but its a business. I told the front desk attendant ( Amy who was admittedly very nice) a previous quote for a ball lower ball joint replacement that i thought was too high and wanted to see if they could do better price wise.( I had heard nice things and read the reviews online) She assured me that she also thought it was too high and told me to bring it in and the price would most likely be a little cheaper.  I bring it in the following week and they were not only $80 higher than the quote I told her about OVER THE PHONE A WEEK EARLIER  but they also recommended an additional repair for almost $300 higher!  As the other reviews stated there was no break down of the charges or services outside of vacuuming my car and cleaning my windshield; while the parts for the ball joint replacement I know for a fact only accounted for a little over 1/4 of the lowest price they gave me. Needless to say my car is being serviced somewhere else that i trust at this moment for much less. Bottom line I would definitely recommend shopping around first because while this was my first time here, i definitely didn't get the "trusty mechanic" vibe from them and I probably wont be coming back.

Honest and definitely earned my repeat business.. I have a BMW 750 and have been different places accustomed too high prices but this place took care of me.. now I found a shop for not only my 750 but my A6 Audi too.. very happy to have found them..

Great service, skilled technicians. Very happy with the clutch replacement on my 350z. They did an excellent job and were extremely quick with the work. I was particularly interested in non-standard replacement options such as a single mass clutch and they proceeded to provide quotes and intelligent discussion about options with the advantages and drawbacks. Great place, great work, I highly recommend them.
