I'm a big fan of Dr. Leonard.. he takes the time to really find out what is wrong, and is very empathic with his patients.. Colonial is a very busy office, but I have never felt rushed in an appointment, or had to wait for a long time. I appreciate him actually listening, and not being afraid to rule out causes, because of that I have received proper diagnosis, as well as proper treatment. That can be life saving, especially when it comes to quality of life. You really can't ask for a better doctor. Thankful to have found him.

Dr Jason Leonard is the type of doctor everyone is looking for. He listens, asks question and shows professional kindness. He actually cares for his patients. I've been in Sumter for a little over a year and Dr Leonard was the first doctor I had seen. And I have no reason to look for another doctor.

There customer service is not very good. Had so many poor experiences with staff. It seems that so many of them are not really good at patient welfare. I like my doctor and his nurses, but the people that check you in and out, the people who work in billing etc are not good at what they do when it relates to the customer in my opinion. 5 stars for doctor minus 2 for terrible support staff generally.

Dr. Leonard is the best doctor around. I'm not a fan of Sumter and Dr. Leonard makes Sumter, SC look 10 times better! He is the doctor to go to in Sumter...Very caring, loyal, and always there for his patients!!!

It is my great pleasure to write this review for Doctor Jason Leonard. When I first met Dr. Leonard three years ago I knew he was going to be outstanding as he has managed to continually exceed my expectations. Dr. Leonard is dependable, very intelligent, and shows a tremendous amount of energy and determination in his work habits as a physician. He always smiles and his cheerfulness makes knowing him a wonderful pleasure. Dr. Leonard has high ethical standards. He works diligently at his job as a medical professional. He answers questions thoroughly and he offers insight beyond textbook knowledge to his patients. Furthermore, his staff is both friendly and responsible. On average, the wait is no longer than 15-20 minutes. I recommend Dr. Leonard highly and without any reservations. Sincerely, Michelle Healy Courson, B.S.
