I was so sick, primary Dr office CLOSED and I needed medical help. I am very pleased with the  care I received from Josh courtesy at from desk to Carolyn  checking on me and Dr Frye care.
The only thing I had to wait for was X-ray, that's was ok.  The service was excellent. The prescribed medication doing its part medically and God during the Healing.
I am a satisfied customer/ patient.

I was seen by PA Jahnke. (sp.?)  He was very professional and his directions were quite easy to understand.  The visit with him did not last very long, and then I was back to work in no time. later on the road for the long weekend.

I'll never go back. Went on Thursday, got an x-ray...it's now Saturday afternoon and the radiologist STILL hasn't reviewed it and it will be at least Monday until I hear something. I've been 3 times and never once felt like a valued patient. The doctor and staff down played my concerns everytime, hardly examined me or my kids...just a really cheap and unprofessional environment. Id give zero stars if I could. It just seems like a place where you either have people just getting their careers started, or they landed there because they couldn't hack it at a legitimate hospital. That sounds really mean but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on 2 previous occasions

I visited the Doctor's Care in Sumter over the weekend  for an injury to my finger which required stitches.  Whoever the doctor was on call had the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed.  He had to ask my husband to pour saline water on my wound as he didn't want to get blood on the bottle.  Why did he not have an assistant or take off the gloves and replace them when needed?  Also, when it was time to leave I paid my bill in full and all I received was a receipt for the bill.  I was not given any print out of what was done, no breakdown of the fees or any wound care instructions.  I would not recommend that anyone use this facility and wish there was a place for negative stars.  Also when I called today to get this information I was hung up on by someone named Josh.  Very poor patient relations.  I get better service and information from my vet when I take one of my pets to the veterinarian.

Front desk was excellent and nice. Ariana made the experience welcoming and warm. The doctor seemed rushed and all about business. I barely remember what she looked like, and I definitely don't remember her name. But I got what I needed (a flu shot) and got out. Mission accomplished.
