I went in on a Saturday for the flu. I called ahead of time & she called me back when the clinic had slowed down. I was in and out of there in no time. Dr. Youmans was on duty that day, she was easy to talk to, spent time with me and answered my questions. The nurses that worked that day also were friendly and helpful. I will be back!

I went to Doctors Care around lunch time for flu symptoms. The receptionist was extremely pleasant, concerned and very accomodating. Inspite of the fact there were several other people waiting ahead of me, I was only in the lobby for about 30 minutes. I was feeling really sick and dreaded going because I figured I would be there for hours. I hardly waited 5 minutes in the examining room. I then went to the waiting room again to wait on my prescriptions. Total time was 45 minutes max. Great customer service and medical care!

They had 1 other person ahead of us. All we needed was a strep test for my son. A nurse could easily have done it. It took well over an hour. Ridiculous.
