My visit today went great. I signed in online. Appt was at 1027. I got there early about 935. Checked in. I WAS DONE AND OUT BY 1100!! Absolutely amazing! The new PA Morgan is excellent. Friendly and doesn't waste time. Please let him stay there permanently!!! I TAKE BACK EVERYTHING I SAID!!! A COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was having breathing problems. I from out of state and needed to be seen by someone. Yes, I did wait didn't know you can make appt online. After 5 hours , two breathing treatments, meds called into my pharmacy, chest x ray, bloidwork. It was better than going to emergency room. This was the worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. I have never had to wait this long in my entire life. I listened to the nurse staff chatting it up for 30-40 minutes while waiting for a 15 second flu test. I will never come back here again.

The front desk staff was great and friendly and the waiting area was nice and clean. The wait after check-in was longer than expected since I checked in online but it wasnt too long. As for my visit....i was extremely dissatisfied with my visit with the doctor. After the unfriendly nurse led me to the exam room I waited for 50 minutes for the doctor to show up. No one came to speak to me, all the while I could hear all the nurses just sitting in the middle laughing and talking about their weekends. When she finally came in the room she asked the same few questions several times and then proceeded to examine me. Then she seemed to throw out a guess as to what the problem was. I feel she misdiagnosed me because I was fairly certain i knew what was wrong. Her response was, "it could be this" and "it might be this" and when I told her what I was pretty sure it was she said, "it could be that too". When she then went to tell me what she was going to prescribe me, she gave no effort to prescribe me something else I could take where it'd still be safe to breastfeed my 2 month old. I explained over and over that I exclusively breastfed my daughter and needed to take something that wouldn't affect my baby. When I asked if that specific prescription did her response was, "I don't know but it should be fine. Maybe just don't breastfeed her all the feedings. It should be fine". That is not a "fine" or acceptable answer. When I picked up my prescription later that night they suggested that I not breastfeed while on it and questioned why the doctor didn't prescribe me something else. So instead of taking that risk I spent yet another night miserable so I could call back the next morning and get a new prescription called in. The only positive here is that she called in an alternate prescription that I'd still be able to take while nursing. The fact that she didn't do that in the first place is ridiculous.

I wrote on check in sheet that i needed a refill of the only medicine that helps my nausea. I paid $125 and waited 2 hours past my online check in appointment time said to be there. When I was finally seen, Dr said she can't prescribe lorazepam. Unappoligetically, she told me to wait to see my primary care dr a week from now. Thanks! I would have spent that time in ER if they has bothered to tell me that I would wait just as long there and not even get helped.
