Frustrated that the provider didn't listen to my requests. It was clearly explained to me that he would not do what I wanted for my visit (a simple med refill on a non-addictive, non pain related prescription), however there was no medical reasoning behind it. The provider compared my body to a car and tole me he wouldn't refill the medication for a year because  these things need to be checked, similar to an oil change. Every other provider I have seen for the past 6 years has filled this prescription with no problem. I explained to the provider I was only there because I was unable to get into a General Practice doctor without a 9 month wait, at which time my prescription would have expired.  I left with the wrong medication sent to my pharmacy, for a mere 3 months. Meaning my prescription will expire before I can get into a GP.  I understand they deal with all sorts of people, but should give a little credibility to their patients.

UPDATE: I was called by corporate shortly after. They were incredibly efficient, explanatory, and all around pretty great. I was offered to get my rx fixed.

Dr. Gage has excellent communication skills. I was surprised as most physicians spend your whole visit charting on a tablet or computer. It was very refreshing to have an actual person to person conversation. The staff also called a day or two later to check on my progress. I will continue to use this location as I like being seen as a person rather than an insurance claim number. Good job Doctors Care!

I was pleased with my visit overall, the nurses were kind and the physician was more personable than other doctors I have seen at different doctors care facilities. The wait time was long but they warned me about that up front (as I was a walk in) and it is peak flu season. I'd definitely go back

Avoid this place at all cost!! There is no Doctor-patient confidentiality here. You tell Dr. Swami something, it goes on your medical record and straight to the insurance company. He will perform tests without your knowledge or consent. The staff was rude when I called back about questions concerning my prescriptions, telling me to check with the pharmacy, when Dr. Swami 'forgot' to send one of the prescriptions. They advertise they are first come first serve., no appointments. You can show up at 7:30AM and wait till they open at 8AM and there will 4 or 5 people ahead of you when you were there before anyone else.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

On 7/31 my husband went in for emergency treatment. His shin had come down on a branch that caused a large puncture wound. Drs Care put 3 stitches in and sent him home. After 3 more visits and 3 months, the wound had not healed. He was not scheduled with physicians on follow-up visits, only PAs. He went to another Dr since the wound was still not healed. Two rounds of antibiotics got the wound to heal...almost. It reopened six weeks later. When the wound reopened, a piece of wood came out with a lot of pus.  Drs Care NEVER CONSIDERED THE IDEA THAT THERE WAS A PIECE OF WOOD IN THE WOUND.  What, in the world, could be worse care?  He’s lucky the infection did not spread to the bone.
