I live out of state but this is the community hospital I grew up with and it has always been good to my family. On a recent visit I was pleased with the level of care, kindness and professionalism of the staff and the condition of the facility. Like any hospital you need to be involved in your own care, records, and treatment. If you don't (or can't) be responsible for your own care then you should have a family member or close friend assist you. No medical facility is perfect, and Doctor's Hospital is no exception; however they do a good job with the resources they have and the hospital is a valuable asset to the community.

Wonderful nurses in the emergency room. Kazeem the RN stood out the most. He was very caring and kept checking in and ensuring that everything went smoothly with my cousin. The service was also quick and efficient They are very thorough and I felt they actually cared. Thanks guys. We appreciate you!

Not sure what others experienced to have such a low rating but my experience was exceptional. Given one of the doctors told me today was a light night, but everyone was still nice professional and informative. I had the flu, treated me right away. Gave me the meds I needed to bring my fever down; it was at 103. Stayed until my fever was gone and checked on me periodically just see how I was feeling. Thank you for doing what you do !!!

I took my daughter to the ER and it took us forever to be called, while she was crying from ear pain. After 45 minutes someone from their staff came to us and goes! R u patient? I was like! What do you think? Am I here to watch tv in the ER? Of course we are patient. And even after waiting that long the registration female was rude. She said it don't matter how bad the patient is, we call you guys in when ever there is an available bed. Worst experience I had with a hospital ever so far.

This hospital is the worst! The staff is terrible the nurses are rude. If your in dire pain don’t go to the emergency at this hospital you will be waiting at least 3 hours to just go to the back in sit another room and wait for another hour! The rooms are dirty along with the bathrooms, a very unhealthy unhelpful hospital. WE ALL NEED TO BAND TOGETHER AND PETITION THIS HOSPITAL TO GET LOOKED IN TO HEALTH CARE REGULATORS!
