I made an appointment online. The only issue here was being able to use the portal to download forms so that I could have them complete before my appointment- it didn't work! Nonetheless, the office experience was still really good. I was in and out in less than an hour, including filling out paperwork. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and efficient. Dr. Zorina Thomas was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She quickly diagnosed my problem, answered all my questions, and called in a RX, which was ready by the time I drove to CVS. Their facility is clean; decent amount of parking; and for me, service was swift! I would go back for sure if I had an emergent issue that couldn't wait for my regular PCP.

First time there (or to any doctor in several years to be honest) The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Got my appointment on time, and everything was done clearly and efficiently. Very clean and spacious office, and my doctor Zorina Thomas was very calming, funny and attentive. Happy to have them to take care of me going forward.

Beautiful office on RT 118 in the heart of Germantown.  I have been a patient for several years and have never had to wait to get a sick appointment or had the doctor run late and leave me waiting in the waiting room for any length of time. The staff is friendly and efficient.  Labs are drawn in the office saving a trip to a freestanding facility.  Results are received within a couple days through the patient portal. Prescriptions are sent electronically and usually ready in the time it takes to leave the office and drive to the pharmacy. Dr Malik is knowledgeable, thorough and board certified. I have seen the P.A. and also experienced wonderful care.  I would highly recommend Drs First.  I have referred many people to this office.

Professional, efficient and personable experience. The usual short wait time and  any health issues were dealt with and explained to my satisfaction with personal concern for my well being. I have been going to see Dr. Malik and his staff for the past four years and have been very happy with the care received.
