Never had more then a 5-10 minute wait time. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to ask a lot of questions to the doctor, who was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

I've been going here for a few years friendly staff never have to wait long always seen at my appointment time Renee Lapointe is awesome very thorough. I never feel rushed and I always get all my concerns addressed. Best Dr's office I've ever been to.

It was easy to set up an appointment, without a long wait. The Dr. who I saw was excellent, communicative and knowledgeable and gave me a plan to deal with my health issues.

New to the area, from my initial call and going to my appointment was wonderful. All the Staff were welcoming and very professional. They made me feel at easy.

Have been going to this office (both Gaithersburg and Germantown locations) for a few years now. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Minamal to no waiting past the scheduled appointment times unlike other places I have tried. Easy to get appointments and also easy to contact the doctors through their web site/portal. No complaints and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new doctor.
