I rarely leave review comments for anything. But I have to do this one because I was too mad about their policies for billing patients. I went to do a annual physical examination which should be covered 100% by my medical insurance. When I received the invoice two months later, I was charged for an office visit and annual routine check up. I called the office and the staff said, if you discuss any issues with your doctor you will get charged for an office office as well. I was like, I went to do an annual physical and the doctor asked me how I feel of course I am going to answer how I was feeling. I was not sick at all but thought about mentioning minor things like my back pains or frequent bathroom visits during the nights which I thought was the purpose of the physical check up. The staff responded, yes, if you discussed things like this with your doctor, this is considered an office visit. So what she suggests basically is to shut up during the physical examination. I was so mad that I am going to switch my family doctor and will never go there again. They are just not reasonable. STAY AWAY from this place unless you have a lot of money to waste!!!!!!

Doctors are nice at this place but the front staff is horrible. I was never informed on the snow day that my appointment is cancelled. I ended up driving there and found out on my own that office is closed. Next day I called again to make appointment and the lady who picked up my call was very unprofessional. They had my cell phone number and they never bothered to call me on that number. There was no apology or regret. I have been going to this office for past many years and their staff is always rude and unprofessional.

Dr Medhane, Dr Kundapur, Dr McNamara, & Dr Jaffe are some of the best doctors around. Smart, intelligent and caring. I highly recommend Physicians Associates!

Professional office and honors appointment times. Both my husband and I like our doctors a lot as well.

They will make you come in over and over for no reason except to make money off of your pain instead of doing something about it. Unsympathetic doctors and rude condescending staff
