Over two hour waiting time with my young son before seen by the Doctor, when I was told by the technician/assistance I should not be waiting long. I wanted to leave but I've had paid the co-pay for a follow up, and I just paid a copay at the same office two days ago. Unacceptable, expecially with child. I would have rated a one star but I understand that there was only one doctor on staff today, which was crazy for the amount patients in the office. Looks like they over book.

No bathroom for customers at the office. No way to change a baby diaper. I found one doctor to not be empathetic or personable in any way. So we switched to see Dr. Glaser and was so thankful we did. Do not go with any other doctor... make your appointment with Dr. Glaser and your baby will be much happier.

This was my first visit and I be sure not to come back again. First, the office is dirty, dust around the furniture, old stained chairs from long ago. Then some broken decrepit and dirty never cleaned toys for the poor kids who are made to wait in a very bright with fluorescent lights waiting rooms with dialated eyes for longer than 1 hour after dialation. Ridiculously long waiting time. Old equipment that don't seem very clean. Huge mistake to come here because they take my insurance. Never again.
