I've been coming to Dr. Sarah Apollo for over 2 years. She is my primary care physician and I couldn't have chosen a better doctor. She's attentive, caring, and is very knowledgeable. I want to give her a thank you for everything she's done for me including coordinating with my surgeon and helping me get my back surgery completed. Definitely choose her if you need a doctor anywhere in Orange County, it's worth the drive.

I wish there was another way to get Dr Apollo's attention than leaving this review. On 8/10/17 I had a doctor's appointment with Dr Apollo. I made the appointment to go over some recent genetic information I received from 23andme. I was told by Dr Apollo that I need a referral for genetics. I felt rushed during the appointment and forgot to mention that I would like to see a dermatologist for my moles. The nurse Sarah came in and I asked her if I could also request a referral for dermatology because of my moles. She said she'll let Dr Apollo know. A few days later I received a call from Dr Apollo and I mentioned that I had a sore on my nose that hasn't healed for weeks. Dr was going on vacation and told me to let her know if it doesn't clear up. Last week I called my medical group to see if my referrals had been approved. I was told that none were submitted. I left a message for Dr Apollo 4 days ago to request some lab work and to remind the office to request the referrals. No one ever called me back so I left another message this morning. This afternoon the office called me to come pick up the lab order. On the order it said that Dr Apollo won't refer me to Derm unless I have active rash or lesion. Which is BS because Dr Apollo referred my husband to a dermatologist when he didn't have a rash or active lesions. I had the active lesion on my nose that STILL hasn't healed (for 6 weeks now) and another lesion on a mole on my arm. I asked the front desk if I could show my active lesions to Dr Apollo or her nurse Sarah. The front desk was nice and did ask but came back and told me that I need to make an appointment in 4 weeks. I then asked if I could have her take a picture of the lesions to show the Dr or the nurse. She said she couldn't. I don't understand why I have to make another appointment in 4 weeks to request a dermatology referral when I requested a dermatology referral at my appointment 4 weeks AGO? The lesion on my nose hasn't healed now for 6 weeks. I'm no closer to seeing a dermatologist or for Dr Apollo to treat my lesion herself than I was 4 weeks ago when I told her I had a sore on my nose that won't heal. My medical group has already informed me that everything has to be done thru the PCP (Dr Apollo). It feels like Dr Apollo is playing stalemate to get rid of me as a patient. Hopefully my immune system does it's job because my doctor isn't doing her job. The nurse Sarah has already told me in the past that I can't send info through emails. This review is the only way I have to get the pictures of my lesions to the office today. I'm including a picture of the lesion on my nose, the lesion on the mole on my arm, the note from Dr stating that I need an active lesion for a Derm referral and a picture of another mole with irregular borders. So PCP, can I get the referral now?

the best customer service and care. they always help out with all of my family's needs. with 3 kids its always a circus. dr and her staff respond to phone calls and refill medications quickly. since moving to anaheim hills, we are very glad that she is in the neighborhood! thank you for all of your help

Dr. Apollo is an amazing Doctor and would recommend her to anyone! However, her front desk people are the worst to deal with. I hope she takes a look at how her patients are being treated when they call and do some re-organizing!

Dr. Apollo is very personal and knowledgeable she takes time with her patients and her staff is wonderful and kind.
