The doctors themselves, Dr. Berry and Layla Ayaz are GOOD but their office staff is TERRIBLY RUDE and inconsiderate. I've never had any issues with Layla or Dr. Berry. You can never get an appointment and if you do get one, they call you the day before to cancel it and they WILL NOT squeeze you in or let you see another doctor. You can NEVER get a same day appointment and they will just tell you to go to urgent care. What is the point in having a doctor if they constantly just tell you to go to urgent care? Their medical care is unacceptable. The front office girls are extremely rude. I've had these continuous issues with office staff for over 5 years. For example, I was told to come in prior to opening to get a TB shot. I showed up prior to any patients arriving as they had requested and they made me sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half with a newborn sleeping baby in my lap and when I asked what was taking so long, I got a rude response from the nurse saying "We're busy with patients who had appointments!" I had to remind them that they told me to come in prior to opening to get it done and they just ignored me until I said anything and I have a newborn child on my lap! Only did they get around to giving me a shot that took LESS THAN A MINUTE after I had to complain. I wonder how long they would've kept me waiting if I never had said anything. That is not acceptable! When I requested to speak with the doctor about how rude and inappropriate their staff is and requested a call back, the doctors never do!! My whole entire family has left this practice.

Dr Berry is excellent! Its so important to Like and trust your primary doctor and i couldn't be happier. Staff is very helpful, and I have also seen the PA and Dr Cheng also great. Very happy with the entire staff and medical group! Quick update, not only have they been wonderful to me, they have gone out of their way to assist on paperwork, billing etc. Dr Berry has a great nurse, she's smart and very helpful. ..which is an understatement, she's amazing! Great team! !!! I drive over an hour to get there.

Dr. Jason Berry, Layla and Mimi along with the staff make up the most incredible group of people to care for the whole person! Staff goes above and beyond for patients.

Always taking my mom to see Dr. Berry. The office staff is a OK but Dr. Berry and other doctors have always done a great job with my mom's health issues. Dr. Berry is an excellent doctor, listen to his patient, understand and diagnose and provide solutions each time mom visited. He's very knowledgeable & mom would like to continue to be his patient. We never have to wait very long either.

Dr. Berry and his nursing staff have always been very attentive, helpful, and thorough. I appreciate their hard work. Then there is the front office staff/reception who is quite the opposite -- very unfriendly, argumentative, accusatory, and unaccountable. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid the front office and therefore the task of even making an appointment and beginning the process of finally seeing Dr. Berry is daunting. I very much dislike calling, checking in to the long awaited appointment, and any following-up thereafter -- very very unfortunate.
