Before I even went to the visit, they were helpful with finding out insurance works at their location. Going for a cleaning and exam, the customer service was excellent. They seem to have the latest technology and are competent in using it. However one system did go down while I was getting checked which slowed down the process for 3 minutes. Overall, nice place!

Thorough professional companionate describes procedures in detail so the layman can understand. A very comforting experience. I was given options to decide my incumbency.

Usually everyone is frightened to visit a dentist's office, but I have been going to DoDM for last 20 years and have had good experience. I usually stick to my favorites now with my hygienist - Louise. She is the best and I always make sure to make my appointments on the day she is working.

I'm always impressed with the way I'm treated at Doctors of Dental Medicine - always professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to people I know who might need any of the services provided by Doctors of Dental Medicine.

Former 15 year Client- Your wallet and teeth will thank you for not stepping foot into this office. I recently went in for a routine check up and came out with a $4,100 bill. Beside the fact that this office has turned into a money grab, the quality of service has really gone down hill. I saw 5 different people in just one visit. Someone took x-rays, the hygienist, someone else put fluoride on, the doctor (who definitely needs a lesson in beside manner), and then some random woman scolded me on how I was failing to floss properly. Skeptical since I had no pain and they claimed a tooth needed a $1,500 crown I got a second opinion. The doctor I saw described their treatment plan as extremely aggressive and found the crown to be totally unnecessary at this point in time. My $4,100 bill miraculously shrunk to $700.00. Proceed with extreme caution.
