When our 12 yr daughter got recommended for braces, we started looking around for Orthodontists. Our criteria was an Orthodontist who is good, approachable, patient with kids, clean office and an office which is not too far for the subsequent visits. We had a couple of referrals as well which were little far but when we saw the sign "Smile Logic Orthodontist" while driving in our community, we decided to make an appointment. Our experience, starting from the first call to make an appointment was nothing but pleasant. Dr. V and his staff were very patient and spent a good amount of time explaining what the procedure will be, why braces were needed, expectations etc. Overall, we got a good feel from our visit.  We were convinced and did not even venture out to look for any other options.  We got our daughter's braces done in January and have gone back a few times for the regular checkups. Dr. V and his staff are pleasant, flexible and will work with you for your visits. Dr. V is gentle and will put your child at ease while putting braces or on subsequent visits.   Their "customer service " is great that includes reminder calls, follow up emails and accommodating changes to scheduled visits besides being kid friendly. We are happy with our decision and would recommend Dr. V for braces :)

Really impressed.  The before appointment care was superb, the assistant called me after I had made the appointment and checked if I had any questions.  On the day of the visit the office was wonderfully clean and modern.  The doctor was capable and calm.  Not at all threatening or scary.  Really high quality, I really hope it does well.  Will need to check another orthodontist to make sure the price is comparable.
