Mallory is fantastic! I completely recommend her. I have never seen anyone so dedicated to their craft. I love this place. Everyone is so accommodating and sweet. I always leave here feeling fantastic, the stylists make sure every experience is personalized, and you know your money is well spent. Quick distance from parking too!

They are always accommodating and pleasant. Extremely beautiful and clean salon.

Chandler location is CLOSED NOT REMODELING!!!!!Can't believe the sister location chandler is closed. Can't believe they just sent out a mass text message to most (not all) that they lost there jobs. They then informed employees that they have 4 hours to get there stuff and leave. Not only was this totally unexpected but they were recently hiring people. The owner knew this was an on going problem but did nothing till the last second. I loved going here but I will never again step foot into this horrible company. 100s are out of jobs just over night. Upon further research 2 other locations have gone under as well clamming they were bankrupt.  And for you customers, they are charging you 200% if not more. If you've gotten a Brazilian blowout guess what you're paying them a 700%profit. And they still can't say open. What does that have to say about this company?

Do not go here. The owner is a malicious and selfish person with no sense of business or ethics. The staff is amazing, and are truly under valued by their employer. As I'm sure most of you know Brandi recently decided to close down her other location in Chandler. She did so my issuing a text at 4am and fired over 100 of her employees. This is not the first time the owner has done something of this nature; both of her other locations that have closed down happened in the same way. If you already had a stylist, or other staff member, I would recommend finding where they ended up at. I have been going to this salon for years, and have always been more than happy with the results of my service. However, I cannot morally support a business that treats their employees with zero regard for their well-being. No more visits to Dolce for me! Spend your money on a local business where it counts, one that will invest your dollar back into the local community and its employees, not their own pockets.
