Unless your actually paying for the service, don't buy it. You need the techs expert to remove the lice and eggs. I could not afford the 175 dollars per person for my family. The actuall ingredients in the DIY products is Olive Oil, silicone and peppermint.  It has nothing to kill lice, it works by so called smothering and removal , however if you miss any your reinfested in a day or two. I researched and lice have little vents they can open and close and they don't need to breath for hours. I ended up buying a chemical and useing it to get rid of them. I also bought the big package it had no hair clips in it, the paper instructions also said to use a mint repellant but it was not in the kit and was not offred when my husband went to pick it up nor ehen i was on the phone with the lady. This 100 dollar DIY is a waste of money. I'm sure there in home service and salon service work since there professionals,  but for us who don't have a lot of money your going to have to stick with the chemicals like i had to do.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Can't get a call back after the receptionist said she would call back, not including the multiple attempts (10+x's) and being disconnected. Multiple offices, but not enough techs. I'm assuming unless u live in scottsdale, have $, or a credit score over 700, they don't care to call. I've been in customer service my whole life and plus being in public safety, where it's all about helping the community and patients, I still give people call backs that need my help. And even though I have money to pay those outrageous prices, they will not be seeing a dime from me. Try "Lice knowing you" in scottsdale. They were nice and prompt with calling me back. Same day appointment, less $.

I found out that my daughter had lice and immediately called No Nit Noggins.  They were amazing, Kim was so great and helpful, making the sure that I had the best time in order for affordability for my family.  She even got it all set up so that they could come to my home since I couldn't miss work to drive all the way to Scottsdale.

When Sam showed up on this morning, she was amazing, checked both my boys hair and mine.  Boys were clear, but I also had it which was devastating to me as here it is right before Christmas and the cost for both myself and my daughter would be a lot.  Sam immediately got on the phone with Kim and we were able to get it worked out that we could both get the treatment.  I am so impressed with how amazing the Kim and Sam were and how they were so understanding and helping me to make sure that everything would work out.  

I will always turn to this place in the future and recommend that everyone else go to.  The fact that with their treatment, we are clear the same day and don't have to worry about the treating, washing, treating, washing, and repeating this for a week.

We have actually been here twice in the last couple months. My daughter had lice from her school in August and then again got it the other day, and gave it to me. My daughter has very long, thick hair and so do I. There is no way I could treat both of us properly. This place is amazing! I do have a couple complaints. This is VERY expensive! Definitely check out the pricing and do your research. This is not something that is made affordable to all families and I think it should be. Also, there was not enough employees in there so we could not get treated at the same time. For my daughter's hair, it took over two hours and I had to wait until she was done for me to be treated. I was not told this on the phone when I made the appointment or I would have made other arrangements. I have other kids and a job I needed to figure out what I was going to do with while we were there for so long. I even called ahead of time and confirmed our appointment was at 2:00. We were there for over four hours. It was 7:00PM before we even got home. My daughter is 4 years old and I was pretty proud of her patience being in there that long. All and all this place is amazing but definitely ask about timing and pricing before you go in. Bring a snack!

All the staff are fabulous! My daughter was told at school that she had lice so I took her in and they checked both my daughter and I and gave us the ALL clear that she did not have it & that it was a false alarm. They did our hair really cute too in braids! We hope we don't have to go back, but have recommended them to everyone I know who needs lice treatment! ❤ We love No Nit Noggins!
