I had the same problem as someone else on here. I ordered my pizza within late operation hours and I paid for it online (online order) and the tracker said it was delivered within 20 minutes and I never received my order.. I called and called and called and nobody responded. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I'm calling them to complain and get my refund and never giving them my business again. This store need new employees and management running their store like this.. they basically robbed me.

I ordered online at 11:20 p.m.. Never received my delivery. I received the E mail that confirmed the delivery but never received the pizza. When I called no one answered. They obviously close early and decided not to inform anyone who is ordering pizza from them. And my credit card was charged. This is unacceptable. You have just lost a good good customer. If my credit card is not refunded my next call will be to my lawyer & the state attorney for credit card fraud

Update: Unauthorized amount charged when I placed the order via phone call. I explicitly told the manager, Barbara, that I was not adding the tip to the card when she asked. Apparently she went ahead and added it anyway. Perhaps this is the reason why she did not provide me with the original receipt and continued to lie about delivering it to us (see below).

If I could give this location less than one star I would. We held a pizza school fundraiser and purchased 6 boxes yesterday. The driver was late, forgot the receipt and one of the pizzas had the cheese on the inside lid instead of the actual pizza. Needless to say, we could not sell it. I called and supposedly spoke to the "manager". I say supposedly because managers are supposed to be truthful, correct the problem, and attempt to keep their customers. She stated she would have the driver return with the receipt in 15 minutes. The receipt was not delivered. I made three calls and she promised it would be delivered this morning- it was not. I called today and she promised again it would be delivered today and it was not. I still do not have it and the school needs it for auditing purposes. She also never offered to give us credit or replace the pizza we could not sell. Of course, the school will not be purchasing from here again.

There is always something wrong. I have ordered from them 3 times and each time there was something wrong. The first time they did a good job fixing it. The second time nothing happened when I called. The third time all we ordered was bread and they did not give me any of the sauce I ordered so I called and they delivered the sauce 30 minutes later after everything was cold.

So far so good. The place was clean, the piza was good. My family was treated with respect. Employees were female.
