Really great customer service. Even on a busy summer afternoon during lunchtime, the wait was short for food after ordering. The portions are a pinch on the shy side, and we left hungry. I felt that the food was simple, needed sauce, but was seasoned just right. It would have been nice to pay a little more for a larger portion and not leave hungry.

I love Panera! They have great food! The only thing I don't like is that the tables are always dirty. They are usually busy so it's hard enough to find an empty table but then it's even harder to find a clean one. And their food delivery system is weird. But you can't beat the fresh, delicious food.

Great place to meet with friends. I love their broccolli chreddar soup. It's a great place to hang out. Located near The Falls so you can easily shop around.

What a disaster your locatiin at 13617 S. DIXIE HWY in Miami, FL. The dining area dirty. The drink fountain out of drinks. The drinking fpuntain area a danger with liquid spread all over the florr near to the fountain. The Machine itself spills drinks all over your hands as the cups are too small and the drinks dispenser is too high for them. I had to truly get mad for the personnel to take it seriously about refilling the drinking fountain. I talked to them 4 times before I was finally able to get my drinks. By that time, my food was cold as ice. I believe while they are trying to do their best, there is evident shortage of people, and could not keep up with the very basics of their tasks. I Saw a cleaning person, also doing cash registers! Or the other way around! I am so upset for this experience. I would never reccommend anyone to come here at least until somebody take care of these obvious issues that will keep me away from this location. Frustrating at the very least.
