Pizza was delivered late, like really late and we are literally two minutes from the store. The guy didn't even answer to his boss calling, and was very unprofessional. I wrote corporate and also left feedback at the store and there was no reply, no email, no call. Wish they were like when they first opened when the drivers and service was amazing.

I love ordering from this new Domino's. Sometimes it does get busy and it takes a while but the quality of the food is perfect and if I ever have a problem they always fix it with a smile. Thank you so much for saving the day everytime I call. I hate doing dishes!!

Delivery is soooooo very slow.  We’re just a few blocks away and it still takes much too long. We’ve had to go pick it up once before. Hungry kids can’t wait too long.

Horrible customer service.  Drove up to the window to pick up my pizza nobody came to the window.  I got off to pick it up and the lady doesn’t even speak to me but speaks to her co worker.  Never addresses that I’m there.  Tells me it’s $9 and doesn’t give a receipt doesn’t tell me if my pizza is ready or anything.  So I’m standing at the register not knowing what to do.  Then I hear her coworker say her pizza is next.  So now I’m waiting for a pizza that I ordered 30 minutes ago that nobody bothered to tell me if it was ready or not.  Horrible way to treat customers!

Pizza was very good. Service get a B-. Pizza cool down due to personnel not following through while I waited. I will again just to if this was a one time thing.
