My experience here was horrible, I am very disgusted. Never have I encountered an experience like this. Let me start off by how slow paced this environment is. I arrive and gave my order, the young lady that took my order was very polite. There was a lot of cursing going on in the store and workers didn't look occupied just bored with nothing to do. I received my order and it was totally wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and he was very rude, his name is Carlos is what I was told. Very unprofessional. Word of advice for you sir, please watch your tone when you're that short (5'0.) Carlos was constantly on his phone and as a manager you're supposed to solve the problem let alone the issue not make it worse than it already is. I will never return to dominos, I will take my business to Pizza Hut. Please anyone who reads this, take your business elsewhere, Carlos is a horrible manager. Very disappointed as my family and I always come here but we will never return.

I ordered pizza from this location to my home after dark for the past two years. I put up with lateness for the simple fact that I understand that these pizza places are understaffed and overworked. However, last night I was met with discrimination based on the predominant race of my neighborhood. Although I am not black most of my neighbors are. Last night I was denied delivery after dark by a new general manager, named Carlos, based solely upon the two driver's racist fears of my black neighbors. 
Dominoes, do you endorse this discrimination?

Horrible service. I've been here multiple times and always the same issue. Whenever you call you have a long waiting time on the phone. On a normal Wednesday I was on hold for 10 minutes I decided to hang up and order on the app. I come into the store location to see the cashier who answers the phone moving very slowly and left the phone down unattended. I had to wait again to be attended to. 

Every time my food is never ready. Worst customer service.

This store offers excellent service since Manager Troy is in charge. They always meet the food quality and delivery expectations. Kudos for this store!!!
