An all around disappointing place. Used to be one of our favorite quick-meal spots. On our last visit, we waited over 45 minutes for our take out order. Associates huff and puff at you like you're inconveniencing them. Sauce bar was not stocked.
When we finally got home - chicken was pink/undercooked and had to be finished in our broiler, mac and cheese oversalted, sides were basically inedible. Called the restaurant and spoke to manager, Wally, who was very apologetic. He stated four associates had called out sick and the restaurant was barely functioning. Really?
There are great options a few stores down from Spring Chicken including Shake Shack. Their food is consistent and always good. I highly recommend avoiding Spring Chicken.

Being completely honest, I was pretty disappointed when I came here. The distribution of food was very messed up (some people were getting two of their dishes while others were getting none) and the portions of chicken on the sandwiches were really small.  The side fries were also a very small portion. Someone in my party ordered a kale salad and did not get any kale.  Two other ingredients supposed to be in the salad did not come out on the dish. But, when we brought up the issues to a manager, they tried to make it right.  Also, the atmosphere is very nice.

We love his place. The food is excellent quality and tastes great. Plus they have breakfast!!!  

The price is right too. You can’t beat this place. 

If you are a McDonalds or Subway regular then this may seem pricy. But why eat garbage when you can eat awesome for a few pennies more?!  

Remember that just because the food comes to your table fast does not mean it’s “fast food”. 

The food here is great, period!  We were sad when the Miami Beach location moved.

Great spot for UM students since they give a student discount! This store consistently works on improving it's customer service. Whenever a customer is displeased with something it is quickly address. The food is also a great, especially after they've lowered their prices. Get the the Oreo Milkshake!!!!

I've been here 3 times and it has been consistently bad. Chicken tenders are more breading than chicken and super dry. The fried chicken sandwich was 2 chicken strips between a piece of bread. Definitely not worth the price
