So I just got my pizza and parmesan knots and a diet coke. Neither of my pizzas were cut at all, and the knots didn't come with any sauce in the box. I paid $33 or so and tipped the delivery kid $6. I called the store, didn't scream at anybody and stated that I was upset with the service and here's the best part.....the manager told me.....no wait....the manager wouldn't even get on the phone....he/she told the young girl I talked to  that "I" could drive the pizzas back to the store and they would remake them. So not only did you screw my order up, but you want me to spend my gas money and take away the comfort of my own home (the whole point of having it delivered in the first place and charging people for it) to drive your screw ups back to you in order to MAYBE get good service the next attempt. I think that is the worst customer service I've seen since Amy's Baking Company....

Made an order on app for 12 pizzas for a meeting I was holding.  Was then contacted by store saying that if ordering more than 10 pizzas that had to give 24 hours notice. Nothing on the app mentioned it and the app accepted my order.  Left me scrambling to feed my meeting attendees. Very disappointed.

Not the first time I have ordered from Domino's and certainly won't be the last. I haven't been disappointed yet and can't see any disappointment in future orders. Bravo Domino's, keep up the great work.

Pizza is usually fine... but for some reason they want to square-cut everything, even if you ask for a regular pie cut.  Annoying.
