Had been here before with my service dog with no problem. Last time I went was treated very rudely by a new staff member and told to hurry up and order and get out before another customer arrived! This was because of my service animal! Have not been back since. Costumer service never responded to my attempts to contact.

Horrible customer service first time ordering and definitely will be the last time. Hard bun, wrong sandwich was sent, to top it off I'm on hold for 10 minutes had to hang up to call back and no apology. I guess I was one of the lucky few that had bad experience with this place.

dont replace their mess ups. you have to rely on their bad servers to record their  mistakes

Just ordered a sandwich from them for delivery.  Opened it up and a long black hair sticking out of it.  Luckily the delivery guy was there still and told him about it and he said I should call the location.  I called and said there is a long hair in my sandwich.  They said "ok we will send another one for you."  I then asked if I can get a refund as well.  "we will just replace the sandwich."  This is not how ANYBODY should be treated. Especially when there is a HAIR in FOOD.  I eat here all the time at this location so I expect better.  Not only that, but I give them plenty of my business there since I and many others work down the street from them.  The fact that I can't even get my money back is just wrong.  A restaurant will automatically comp. a dinner/lunch and I shouldn't even have to ask for one!!
