I called Pizza Hut on N 48th 1-7-2018 for a carry out order of 24 pizzas to be picked up on 1-8-2018 at 10:45am. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas at 10:35am , the employees looked confused, and uninterested and didn’t have pizza #1 even started. They then looked at the order receipt and said “it wasn’t supposed to be picked up until 10:45pm. Well of course they apologized and said “we can get started now”....of course I gracefully declined and exited the store. Thankfully “Little Caesar’s” gladly made 24 Pizzas that we’re Hot “N” Ready and we even saved $60..... More or less Pizza Hut dropped the ball by rushing through the order process and mistakenly put the wrong time down. Thanks Little Caesar’s.

This location is designed for pick up orders and delivery. There are no tables or wait staff. There are 6 chairs for waiting hungry piazza loving customers. Normally, your order can be ready to pick up in 25-45 minutes depending on how busy they are.

If I could give a lower score I would. I called an ordered a delivery and waited for 75 minutes. No call no nothing. Called them and they told me that it would be a 3hr wait now. Will never order from them again
