Two stars because the correct items in the order taste good, and the delivery is prompt. Otherwise, this place is not good at all. Every time we order from them, something is wrong with the order. Once, we ordered their 'pacific veggie' pizza and added two toppings to it, and all that came was a pizza with the additional toppings (no base 'pacific veggie). This last time, despite actually calling the store to confirm the order after ordering online, and watching the 'quality check' step on the tracking screen, one of the pizzas was wrong. We ordered a thin crust pacific veggie with two extra toppings as before, and instead got a pan pizza with extra sauce that was pacific veggie (and missing the extra ordered toppings). This was two orders in a row, a couple weeks apart. The first time, I called the store and they sent a replacement pizza (though the person handling the phone call wasn't sure if the free replacement pizza would carry a delivery charge or not). I didn't bother to call the store back for this last time, as when I did to confirm the order, the person answering mumbled so badly I could barely understand them and wondered if I was understood in return. I don't want a 'free replacement pizza' I have to wait for before I can eat, I want food to be made correctly the first time. What is the point of a 'quality check' step, if it doesn't work?

Amazing, fast, and reliable. This Dominoes and their crew are the best thing in St Paul since hearing about the departure of Russ Stark from our City Council. Devin (the Icon of perfect pizza production) along with William (the super fast driver)can deliver a pizza from dough to door in less than twenty minutes. These guys are Idols, baked from the crust themselves, placed on this Round Earth to deliver the goods at the right place and the perfect time. Thank You!

Charlotte (the driver - I only know their name because it showed up on Domino's online survey) is without question the rudest delivery driver I've ever interacted with. I've ordered from this Domino's location before without problem (although full disclosure - you get what you pay for. It's cheaper for a reason - quality isn't the best, although the cheese bread is great!). Apparently the store has enacted a policy where they won't enter apartment buildings after dark - but still proceed to charge a full delivery fee. I explained to Charlotte I had two small children in the apartment I could not leave unattended. She was unprofessional on the phone, cut me off (and was rude to the point I had actually thought she hung up on me!). I'll be ordering from Toppers (a competitor) because quite honestly while Domino's was closer, Toppers has recently given better quality, better service, and yes - they will come to your apartment door at 8:00 PM.

I've been here many times. And it seems like crews here loving slow life. Slow front desk,slow cooking and un-professional services. You can still get pizza here but you need to spend extra time with patience. Good luck!

Above and beyond exceptional customer service . I had placed an ordered at like 3 or 5 after not knowing if they even delivered at such an odd godly hour so i was not surprised to see that my order was cancelled and i thought nothing further of it . However .. to my surprise .. the manager issued me a credit towards my next order saying that he had cancelled the order because he shut the ovens off early that day as it was too slow but that i had placed my order before 3am so he was just making it right . Amazing customer service . Oh .. and the brownies ALWAYS arrived just out of the oven gooey in the middle warm ! Yummers ! The dominos on at 1113 Hennepin however , voided my order that i had placed at 230 . I sat waiting for it since the dominos tracker said it was in the oven . After waiting and not seeing my order get to the end of the tracker ifinally called them at 315 only to be told by the manager that he was backed up until 5 or 6 am . When i asked for his and his bosses contact info he told me to go ahead and call and wouldnt give me the number or name he just hung up on me .
