Ordered. Never came. I did order close to close, but the order went through and I was charged - but no pizza. Will update after I call and try to get it figured out tomorrow. Not at all happy, cuz had I known I wasn't getting the pizza, I could've spent the money on other food I would actually have been able to eat... because I'm freaking hungry right now. The only reason I gave any stars is that I love Toppers and was so stoked when they came here from WI. Update: Got a text from the delivery person which started out: "Thanks for wasting my time." They went on to say that because I had said to call on arrival, that meant they couldn't text me when they got here and the "10 calls" they made didn't go through. I guess what they thought they COULD do, though, is wait til they were good and pissed off, and THEN (using my private number given to the COMPANY for BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY) text me, apparently on their way home. I'll say it once more... ON THEIR OWN TIME, WITHOUT ANY PROFESSIONAL REASON AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION - with the express purpose of chewing me out because that is how CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES conduct themselves! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I have loved Toppers from the very first time I had it. Doesn't matter what location I visit, eat in or delivery, always great quality and fantastic customer service! Keep up the great work! Hands down, best pizza I've ever had.

Standard late night pizza. It's good, but not the best in town. The sauce options are very good. They deliver late into the night. Got my last pizza 15 mins early.

I ordered carry out 5.99 each for two on the phone and asked for bacon sticks and buffalo chicken Mac and cheese pizza. I asked specifically if buffalo chicken pizza qualifies for the deal and they told me that there's just bacon and buffalo chicken on it so yes. After we got home and found that we got the Mac and cheese instead of the pizza. I called back and the person answering was very dismissive about my complaints. To toppers- please listen to the phone recording if you have it. I'm very unhappy about this encounter and I suggest employees have more training before putting into work. Making a mistake on orders and blaming the customer for your problem isn't very good service.

They delivered my pizza 2 hours after I ordered it and when I got it, one of the pizzas was cold and the other was warm. When we called to figure out what went wrong, the man was very kind and said he would give us 2 pizzas for free in the future. However, when we went to redeem them they weren't on our account after all. If you want to try Toppers, order for carryout and make sure you check the accuracy of your pizza before you leave.
