Ordered 2 sandwiches to be delivered .8 miles away. After 40 minutes I called and was told the driver ran out of gas and the manager was going out to bring him gas. When the driver arrived it had been 55 minutes. He did not apologize or even acknowledge there was a problem until I asked if he had ran out of gas. I then called the manager and she did offer a small credit on my next order. This is why I gave 2 stars vs 1.

I’ve ordered from this location for a couple years now. Recently, the past 5 or 6 times I’ve ordered, they’ve taken over an hour to get my delivery to me. “Freaky fast” certainly does not apply here. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the quality of the food is good, however that doesn’t make up for the wait time. Terrible, terrible,  terrible service.

Holy Moly! I don't know how they do it, I ordered my sandwich, an Ultimate Porker, chips, and a large drink, not only did they get it perfect, they even included a sample of the new Kickin' Ranch and delivered it so fast I believe the driver had to have made it while driving here! Awesome!

The sandwiches are always good, but sometimes the delivery takes some time. Makes you wonder about the "freaky fast delivery" claim.

This Jimmy Johns won't deliver to Sherburne Ave even though it's only 0.9 miles away. Fix your delivery zone
