Great experience overall! Order was perfect, and came to my house in a timely manner. The ordering process online was a very good experience, but this review is for the Snelling Domino's store. This is my first time ordering from this store, and I gave them a 4 star because the pizza was not cut all the way through the crust on one side of the pizza. Otherwise the thickness of the pizza slices were very even, and the topping distribution was great. The stuffed cheesy bread looked perfect! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great pizza any day of the week. Thank you for a great first experience. Jacob was also very nice at the door, we have two doors, and one doesn't open and he came over to other door even though it is -5 degrees out. Thank you Jacob!

I placed an order on our snow day, knowing that it would probably take longer than usual. I ended up waiting almost three hours and had called twice for an update. I also continued to use their tracker online. No one would pick up the phone. I decided to try  their tracker again to see what the estimated time was and all of a sudden my order has disappeared and it couldn't be found under my phone number. I tried to go online and check their delivery status and it said that the store was no longer taking delivery orders. I received no phone call informing me that my order was not coming and had already been waiting for almost three hours. Could have at least let me know my food wasn't going to be delivered instead of me having to search around for an answer. Not impressed.

Very disappointed with this Domino's location. I have had problems with the last four orders. Issues ranging from missing items, to the online tracker showing my orders sitting out of the oven for 20-30 minutes before leaving the store, and consistently delayed deliveries. Just can't seem to get hot, good pizza anymore from this store.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. One came without any meat. Called multiple times from the phone # we provided with the order but got no answer until we called from a different #. Asked for a credit and now they won't answer either number. Not a good way to run a business. Let's just not answer the phone when people call if we messed up their order and never get money from them again, instead of making it right and continuing business. Never going to order from them again unless they make it right and advise others to order elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!

Update: After posting this review and a similar one on Domino's corporate page, I got a quick reply from District Manager Matthew Prater via email saying he would put a credit on our account and he would look into the matter. On 12/11/17 we called to order pizza and there was a $10 credit on our account. All pizzas were as requested and looked and tasted great. I just wish they could've done that the first time. Hopefully they continue to improve.

Great people - great service. They work hard at what they do -and they are always friendly and nice when I pick up my order.
