CALLED IN TO PLACE AN ORDER AT 12:15... 
 
THEY COULDNT DELIVER 1.5MILES... to 59 and BUFFALO SPEEDWAY

5 MINUTE DRIVE... SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN.

They don't want your business.. if they can't drive 1.5 Miles to Deliver...
Yet in their "AREA" South of 59... 

They can deliver 10-20 Miles... MAKES NO SENSE. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Would leave zero stars if possible. Tried placing my order online at 2am. (Cut off is 3am for delivery on Saturdays) Online ordering did not work. Typed my address into Dominos website. It gives me the closest location to call. I call this location. They tell me they don’t deliver to my address. Even though the website states this specific store will deliver to me. I relay this information to the staff. They ask me to hold. They hang up on me. 

I call back and explain the situation again. They ask me to hold. And they have me hold until 3am - which is when they close. Obviously no one ever came back to the line. They put me off so they wouldn’t have to make a delivery 30 minutes before close. Would just like management to be aware of how business is being handled. Don’t claim that you deliver until 3am if your staff refuses business any time after 2. Way to suck, Dominos. 👎🏼

Ordered 6 large pizzas with 3 toppings to be done in about an hour. Came to pick them up and found out they had an order ahead of me with 22 pizzas. They still had mine ready on time. Customer Service was really good too. They really need more parking though. There is some plus u can park in the back, but still. With employees and customers trying to park in a limited amount of parking spots, it's bound to be hectic... inconvenient at the least. BUT still a really great staff here that is very competent. Hats off to these guys. That's why I gave 5 stars. They deserve it.

If I could rate zero stars I would.  I placed an online order and the expected delivery time was 12-22 minutes. Great! Well, an hour and a half into waiting and following the tracker, which still said that my pizza was not out for delivery, I decided to call.  The guy on the phone acted at first like I didn't place the order, then once he found it he informed me that they haven't even started it.   An hour and half after the order was placed, they hadn't even begun making it..... get out of here... this store is garbage and from now on I will be ordering from Pinks or Papa Johns.
