Called in an order to be delivered to the Crowne Plaza. I tracked the order, and when it "on its way," I went to the lobby of the hotel to wait for. The delivery time came and went, and no pizza; the tracking said it was delivered. I called the restaurant and the manager said that the driver knocked 4 times and called 3 times. I was like "really, the driver knocked on an automatic sliding glass door??!!"  I was sitting in the lobby and had my phone with me.  I even asked the valet and the front desk, which told me that Papa Johns had not come. When I confronted the manager with these lies, he said "we can make it again." I was also told that I would have to pay for it. I took my business elsewhere to Domino's, which got my pizza to me in less than 30 minutes. I am glad that I chose to pay cash not debit card.

They have pizza to sell,  yet they are not selling pizza because they have to catch up?

The online ordering system is not very reliable. Once they canncelled my order and once they cannot find my order

This location is great. They always do a good job with my order, and the staff is so nice. I normally pick up &  they are very fast with customer service. Even when I order delivery I get my order before expected, every time. I don't think they've ever messed up. Thank you guys. (: 👌💚🍕
