Is always the same issue with this store they have posted they open at 10am and you can see the worker inside talking and walking, just doing some time while the ignore the time they are suspended to opne and the customers outside are like ghost for them, on top of that don't expect to be treated well when is your time to order and even less if you there when they just opened. My recommendation go somewhere else and avoid wasting your time.
The best pizza I ever had from domino's it was very kind Cuban guy he just started it I don't know he's name but he is very professional and the way he make the pizza was unique I hope they hire more people like him
Honestly undeserved bad reviews I have ordered here pretty often and I can only remember one time in which my order wasn't right. In general the portions are great being served with more cheese than on other places and the service is also good.
Just walked in to order and the guy said “I wouldn’t recommend that, just order online because I can’t do anything right now”. As he dropped a pizza on the floor. Not even busy. Just incompetent.
I have to be honest. The waiting time for a pizza was insane last friday; but the people who work there are really kind and nice. They do their best. The 5 stars are to them. Even when a lot of people complain about the time, they answer with a smile.
Never, Ever,ever,ever order from this Dominos! Tracking said Madeline was making my pizza at 9:30pm it is currently 11:07 n tracking said she just put the pizza in to bake. Madeline doesn’t know how to make pizza if it takes that long. I called several time n they would transfer the phone n hang up. They all only speak Spanish n told me they don’t speak English then the guy messes up n speaks to me in English! Again, never eva,eva,eva order from them! This is not the first time I had a problem with them. Last time the manager told me she would order my carry out pizza on my phone I sat there waiting n then she said let me see ur phone n she ordered it at another Dominos down the block. Worst service ever! They should be shut down. What a disgrace to the Domino’s name.
Placed an order today. Was told it would be ready in 25 min. Here I am sitting in the store ONE HOUR LATER. My food still hasn’t been made and I just keep getting excuses.
Not even 1 star the worst and most Horrible experience at this Dominos, tonight they deliver my order wrong missing one my pizzas and duplicating another one. after 20 mins on hold decided to go to the store live very close and noticed 3 employees just standing there listening to very loud music and not answering the phones. Very soon I found one of them was the Manager, Xiomara. Another lady working the owen was extremely rude evenly heard she said “another complaint” and started laughing, a co-worker said to respect the customer and she even said “I dont care she is a customer” I originally wanted to get the pizza I was missing but due to the lack of respect and very poor customer service I asked for a refund and will never ever order Dominos pizza again. The good thing about this country is that we the customers always have other options.
The worst experience my family has ever had at this domino's location. My dad went to pick up an order under my name and they kept telling him there was no order under that name. The lady asked for the phone #, which was my old one but my dad gave my new 1 instead without knowing. From then they started treating him with so much disrespect. He then called me and i advised him to give my old # which he did. That's when they found the order, that haden't even been started, I had ordered almost 1 hour before... The guy that was preparing the order started screaming at my dad that now he was going to hve to wait another hour because he said so. My dad was trying to tell him in a nice way that if it wasn't ready it's ok, but the guy continued to disrespect my dad. It's sad to say that no one can even order pizza anymore because the employees have no respect for those who are buying. This used to be our go to pizza place, but I can swear upon myself that I will never step foot in this place again. All because of one STANK employee. Manager's, I advise you start looking into the anger issues your employees may have because they will ruin your business.
This was one of the most disappointing experiences of ordering pizza. First, I kept getting errors when using Chrome to order, then I used my android phone and received same error message, and finally using Edge did not help either. I called the store, and they were unable to assist, and did not even know any contact information for the dominos.com website people, or even any other number to Dominos corporate. I explained that I was to receive free pizza, and they refused to give me as the error was online and they were unable to accommodate. Once I got to the store, I was told exactly the same thing that they were unable to give me the free pizza that I was due. When I asked for the name of the manager, I was met with a woman who was did not look like she was happy that I asked for the Manager name, and she pointed to the door where the name was written. By far the worst experience ordering 3 pizzas, breadsticks and chicken wings. Oh, and they forgot to give me the sauce I ordered with the wings. It was my fault I did not remember until I got home, but it was not included with the rest of the order. I really wish someone from corporate would reach out to me and explain what recourse I would have had if this was to happen again where the internet kept giving error messages and the store do not have any access to my account and/or the ability to solve internet-related issues.
