Order #960831353 . My experience with Papa John's this evening has left me sick to my stomach on how easily people can lie. I ordered a thin crust pizza after a 40 minute wait... I received the wrong order. When called they said they would bring a new pizza in 15 minutes. When it arrived, it was not a thin crust pizza again. When I tried to inform the driver that the pizza was wrong he had the audacity to say they ran out of thin crust seriously why don't you just tell me that at the beginning and refund me my money. Don't give me what you want - give me what I ordered and do it in excellence. I called the branch again but now the calls are rolling over to a fax line.
They Don’t answer the phone. When I arrived at the store not one person was working. Then they give you attitude for calling them out.
I ordered ahead of time to go pick it up later as the average person who doesn’t want to wait when he arrives does just get there 20 something minutes later, pay for it and then find out they still have not even made it yet. Very bad timing on their end and I won’t make such a fuss out of it considering their pizza is always great but I just hope this isn’t something they do often because it doesn’t make any sense and if I wanted them to make the pizza while I was there I would go there, place the order on the spot and just wait there until it’s ready but that isn’t the case with me or a lot of other people I’m sure so please let that be something to think about.
Ordered Philly steak pizza…..big mistake. Delivery was ok. Pizza was big disappointment. Back to Dominoes….

If I could give zero starts I would! This place has been a huge disappointment. You place online orders for pick up and once you show up, that’s when they start making the pizza, after one hour of placing the order. Then the app shows up as “picked up”, when actuality it’s just starting to get baked. The manager is super rude! Just because you are over whelmed with orders is not a reason for the staff to be rude to the customers waiting over an hour for their order. They should stop talking orders if their not going to meet their turnaround time.
Called in and spoke to Amir the maneger who was able to solve my issue with ease and Bayron might of misspelled the names.. if so, my bad at the register was really nice . What great customer service by both team members thank you again ! Pizza was great!
I ordered a personal pizza and bread for myself. The total was a whopping $19! I was hungry, and expected the pizza to taste great at this price. I asked for a side of sauce for my bread and I was given maybe 2-3 teaspoons of sauce in a partially filled tiny container. Halfway down my personal pizza, I threw out the rest. It was overwhelming. Do not walk out with your food “sealed” in a box. Break the seal, open the box, and make sure your order is correct and taste good. I would have saved myself $19 if I would have done this. I will never return to any papa John’s or recommend to my friends. A personal pizza and bread should not cost $19, just to be thrown out.
