The place is one normal KFC, up until it comes to service, attention to the customer... You see the place is not that busy and employees often engage in conversations with each other, which is OK, but, when a customer arrives, their conversation is more important than the customer. I wish they'd show a bit more professionalism.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

The food here is fine. The customer service however, not so much. I had asked for an extra sauce at the window and got an earful from the employee there. I had not realized it was such a big deal however it left me unsatisfied with the service.

You can see how dry and old that chicken is. I told them I only wanted 4 wings. 2 original, 1crispy, 1 grilled. When I got home as you all can see no original at all. 2x crispy, 2 grilled. It was a simple order. The young man at the drive thru doesn’t even say hello / just the total. He gave back my card I pulled up he yells no it’s here. I told him if Open his mouth and speak maybe I’ll know what’s going. They want 15 an hour but refuse to work for it. Really bad customer service and food.

Extremely unprofessional.. to fry the frozen chicken they took 30min .. worst customer service and this is not my first time . I been with my friends . I decided this is my last time to this location and I don’t blame the food it’s only  the unprofessional management ..

I went there yesterday and Zenadia took our order, she was super helpfull,  she guided us by letting us know of the special they had and how to save little more money on our order, she explained everything in detail, she was very courteous, her customer service is amazing!! I stopped coming here for a while due to bad service since they changed workers but now after my experience with Zenaida we will continue to come here. Thanks Zenaida for a good customer service!!!

I have just returned from asking for two orders, which once again, was wrongly requested, as requested.  Having to pay, again, for two sides that were not included.  Unfortunately I called the attention of an employee for not having the mask on correctly, but worse still, HAVING TO CALL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO WAS NOT WEARING MASK AND WAS HAPPILY SERVING THE ORDERS.  THIS KFC SHOULD BE COMPLETELY CLOSED.  SINCE THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT MAINTAIN THE MEASURES ABOUT THE PANDEMIC

My children love this place, but if it were up to me I would never eat here again. Most of the time either my order is wrong or incomplete. I have stopped ordering through Uber or GrubHub as I will never get anything even close to what I ordered. Management is unable or unwilling to help, and most of the time are the root cause of the mistakes. It would be nice if something would be done about it.

I have to say that I normally come to this KFC because it’s in a very convenient location for me but after the service I received today, it was the last time I’ll be going there.  When I arrived I wasn’t even greeted through the drive thru, I had to say hello 3-4 times before someone came on and said “how can I help you”. I kindly asked what is the kids menu and he said “no there is no kids menu” so I said okay, can I order a 3 piece tender and he quickly cut me off and said what to drink…I then said one second please, so I Continued to edit the order because I wanted Mac and cheese instead of fries and he then said which it’s one of my biggest pet peeves is that all? I said no, I also want a cookie, again, is that all, I said no, I asked does it come with a biscuit, he said yes, is that all? By this point I was so frustrated that I said yes but then I wanted to add another small Mac n cheese but he then again cut me off as I was talking and I kept saying hello and he didn’t answer. So I drove to the window and when I got there I told him I wanted to add a another Mac and cheese and he was very dry and seemed as if he was annoyed by me adding something to my order.  I gave him my card and he gave it back to me, not looking at me, not saying thank you, not saying a word. He than gave the me the receipt the same way, no eye contact, nothing but a rude attitude. He gave me my food again, the same way, rude!!  His name is Carlos with the very dirty white mask.  LAST TIME I GO TO THIS KFC….thanks Carlos
