It was my first time at this location. We had 2 small sandwiches, a chip, and a drink and the total came out $35.50, WOW. The sandwiches were made to order and tasted good but that is pretty pricy for my liking.

We really like Jersey Mikes.  This is the 2nd time I've been to the location kendall and sw 137 ave about a week and a half apart.  The same heavy set guy with a beard served us both times.  He does not greet anyone with a single word. Does not even say may I help you.  Does not say thank you.  I could complain about how skimpy the Turkey was, but we won't be going back. I see where the owner replies.  I know it's difficult to find people to work. However, he was rude to the person in front of me and talking under his breath about her order.  He needs to be retrained or replaced. It's simple. He may not feel like it, but employees are the most expensive part of most businesses. If he's that miserable, he should go do something else, but then again, maybe I'm the first to complain and maybe it's just a coincidence that he was in a foul mood.  Again, literally the only words were him telling us how much at the very end. Literally no other words, in both visits.  And again, barely a layer of turkey, which if at least he were remotely pleasant, it would be a four star experience.  I'll find a different place.  Our loss as well. Update: Was here a few days ago, THE nicest STAFF!!!  I asked what happened to the other guy.  They knew who I was talking about sadly.  They said he was just off.  Really?  Get rid of him. He does not want to work!

I’ll preface this by saying I have had an interesting experience with this location. I’ve never actually gotten anything ive ordered correct. But it’s been so good every time I keep going back. Went to the 107 location and it was right but the food was dry. I’m going to stick to this location. The guy who makes the sandwiches is a genius.

First time going there today. I had a free sub card.. it was honored. I had the club sub , it was absolutely  fresh and delicious . Very clean and the staff very welcoming. Definitely will be a regular customer

The service was amazing they even gave me a free cookie for being a first timer ! Highly recommend freshness and taste is unbelievable.

A worker was eating her lunch.   She must have been enjoying her meal because her fingers were in her mouth...look like licking her fingers like a 5 year old. I was thinking she was not going to wash her hands when she went back to work behind the counter. Sure enough she didn't. I watched carefully. Yeah she put on those little plastic gloves but it turned my stomach.

I visited this newly opened Jersey Mikes location the other day and the manager and employees all greeted me as soon as I stepped in. My sub was delicious and well made. Very friendly employees and GREAT service. This new location is near my house so I’m very happy that it’s open now. I’ll definitely be coming here a lot.

I love Jersey Mike's normally, but this place had the worst service. And didn't even have my gluten free bread in stock. Ignored me for 5 mins until I asked.
