The good: This location is clean and recently renovated with the new modern style. It's easy to find and well lit. There's plenty of parking. The pizzas taste as a normal pizza from Domino's should and are usually made within normal time frame and delivered just as fast. The bad: The employees at this location are only one step above bottom of the barrel. More than 3 times I have called and been placed on hold for over 45 minutes (after the 15 minute mark, I was just curious to see how long I would have to wait, I already ordered pizza from another place). Once, I walked into the store after having called at my house STILL on hold. I assumed they were having system issues and just asked if they could see I was on hold. The employee very quickly said yes and sorry for the wait. They constantly yell in extremely loud voices in the store, although this wouldn't be a problem if i was actually able to place a carryout order. I was once handed a pizza that still had solid and uncooked meat and cheese on it. That one I took home and finished cooking in my oven at home. This store is the ultimate example of corporate management throwing money at a problem that money cannot solve.

Used to religiously order from Papa Johns for 10+ years. Tried Domino's recently and was pleasantly surprised that the food tastes just as good for much less money. Been ordering Domino's for few months now :) Keep it up guys! Oh, and double check the dipping sauces before delivery please ;)

I called the store a numberous amount of times in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday, there was no reason for me to be on hold for 15 minutes. What was the hold up? I very swiftly received my pizza from Pizza Hut if any of you are having problems reaching this store. I'd consider a change in management. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of dominoes for many many years. The only pizza I eat is from Domino's Pizza. Usually the crust is nice and crispy and the food taste good. I always have a satisfactory experience. Recently, I went to the dominoes in the coral springs 11339 Atlantic blvd and bought four pizzas. When I received the pizzas they were hard and cold and taste like they had been sitting out there for days. I called the store just to let the manager know but the sales associate on the phone would not even allow me to speak to the manager. She came back to the phone with a huge attitude and asked what I wanted. I told her this is something I need to speak to the manager about and she proceeded to put me on hold for a very long time. I wrote an email to the customer support and they were very kind and let me know that they would handle the situation and someone would be calling me. No one called. This Coral Springs branch is a poor representation of what dominoes stands for in their customer service. I am being generous with even giving them a one star rating.

Ordered online and we wanted to add some more sauces to our order however and tried to call the store multiple times on a different cell phone after being left on hold or 16 minutes of my husbands cell phone. Every time the gentleman Brandon answered the phone he put me on hold didn't even give me a chance to even understand what he was saying when he answered. Crappy customer service... if you don't like your job I suggest you get a different one buddy.
