Would give zero stars if I could! Worst papa Johns ever! Customer service is at the bottom of their priority list. Managers are severely under qualified. They never fix anything and they’re smart mouthed about anything you try to bring to their attention. I would call the corporate office but apparently, they’re not any better! It’s pizza hut from now on for us.

Ordered extra sauce on pizza and as usual it's dry. Spoke with the jerk manager there and claimed they can only give out so much sauce. This pizza is way less than what they normally do. Did not offer to make it right! So as a paying customer they don't care if you're​ happy or not. This pizza is so dry it's like eating cardboard. Overpriced pizza. I will go back to Domino's!!!

The Asst Mgr. was very friendly and accomadating. Helped straighten out my order and we were very pleased with both the quality and service.

The WORST they've burned our food every time we have ordered. Both times they blamed it on the food and said that type of item is always dark. No you just burned our food. The first time it was burnt garlic knots. Wait an hour for burnt food they wouldn't make it right because my daughter ate the one knot that was not burned while waiting for the replacement. We should have but we ordered again this time no knots. The second time they made us send our entire order back in over 1 burnt pizza. First the manager said all pan pizzas come out dark with burnt meat on top if you want it cooked all the way through, I only wanted a pan so I just asked them to come get the pizza and refund my money. The manager said they would not take back only the burnt portion we had to send back the entire meal even the food that was not burned or be stuck paying over $30 for an inedible pizza and two sides. They will not get a third chance the pizza is not good enough for this bs. Then he had the nerve to say he would not refund the money until the food was back in the store. Like we did something wrong, hey buddy I'd rather have my food than that $30 that's why I ordered in the first place I don't have to steal or lie about pizza.

Pizzas are always good. I made a mistake on an online order and the manager in the store made it right! Great service.
