I've eaten here a few times. Food is average or below for a typical moes location. The reason for 1 star is the staff. Every time I have been they are goofing off the entire time. I'm not a Scrooge and I would want anyone to have fun at work but there is a way to have fun while also attending to customers. Today was my most recent visit. There was not one person in line and easily 4-5 people behind the counter "working." Even so, I walked to the counter and stood waiting for someone to take my order for a full 2 minutes. During this time, 3 staff members starred at me while the one who was supposed to be taking my order finished his story with his back turned to the front door. Service like this makes me never want to eat here again because it makes me begin to wonder... if these people have no problem treating customers this way, I really wonder how they act while prepping food when no one is looking. Needless to say, management needs to take a good hard look at the image their employees are portraying. Moes is a great franchise and I never hesitate to eat at them when out of town, but I will not return to this location.

We walked in and there was no staff up front, dirty tables, and nasty floors. I would hate to see what the kitchen looked like 🤢 Needless to say, we didn't stay!

The food was great! They weren't stingy with stuff, food was piping hot! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they staff was not very attentive to the customers... it took a while for them to stop goofing around and take my order. Then took another 2-3 minutes for me to pay for it because they started goofing around again!!

Scary food safety issues. As a restaurant owner & Serv safe food safety instructor, there are some serious issues in the restaurant with the food practices and employee hygiene and food handling

I came into this Moe's just to buy a soda. The caucasaian manger said they didn't have any drinks. Then changed his mind and said oh we have Dr. Pepper. I forgot to say he was laughing the whole time while he was talking to me.. he was just to rude. Oh yeah he never even said sorry or anything. I won't ever go back. The food not good anyway.
