I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Don's! We found our wedding rings there among other gifts. When we went in to look, they were so knowledgeable and personable that it felt more like dealing with family. I love my ring and the intricate designs on the side so much that I didn't want a wedding band to cover it up, instead of just wanting another sale, they assured me that it's totally fine to just wear my engagement ring!

I am familiar with the priorities and quality that most large jewelry stores have to offer. I have never been interested in simply being a number to get a sale. Buying something special shouldn’t be the same experience as say, buying a used car. I have been exclusively purchasing all of my jewelry needs at Don’s for years, and they have earned my loyalty. They know my name when I walk in the door, go out of their way to help, and listen intently to my requirements while understanding my budget and offering excellent quality stones and metals. Terrific quality with top notch service. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a special old wedding ring that I wanted to design into something new. Karen was easy to work with and very enthusiastic about custom designing an engagement ring to fit my original style. Everyone was easy to work and communicate with through the process. I am very happy with my new ring! My family has been coming to Don's Jewelry since before I can remember and it's very easy to see why!!
