I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to replace my grandmothers' ring. Lori was so patient and accommodating while helping me with ideas . I loved it when she said, "we want you to like it". I will return because of the helpful, friendly service and attitude that they were "there" to help "me". Thank you Beckers, I am so excited! Cyndy.

I can hands down say that my fiance and I had the absolute BEST experience shopping for my engagement ring at Beckers. We walked in on a Saturday in March, and met the wonderful Lori. We told her we were looking for a ring, but had no idea about what exactly we wanted. She patiently worked with me as I tried on close to every ring there. Once we chose a setting, we spent over a month coming in and looking at diamonds she had hand picked for us. We were on a budget and Lori, as well as the rest of the staff, helped us search for the perfect diamond that would fit my wants and needs. It was a long process, but I got my dream, one of a kind, ring! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Beckers. They never made us feel pressured to buy anything, and always reminded us to take our time, that there was no rush (even when they had stayed 30 minutes past closing time for us). I wouldn't change one thing about my experience, and I highly recommend Beckers for any of your fine jewelry needs!

Our salesman was Ken. He was friendly and very easy to work with. He had answers for all of our questions and was sincerely interested in making our experience a once in a life time event. If you need knowledgeable sales people go to Beckers. You wont be disappointed .

Professional and sincere well educated five star staff! The thoughtful and most friendly employee listened and carefully considered our input and took the time to guide us towards the stunning piece of jewelry we soon purchased.
