This is the "original" first Donatos in Westerville, although it is now labeled as "Westerville South" with an additional location up north off Maxtown Rd. Friendly staff, fast service, pizza is always hot, have never had an issue and we've gone here for years. I recommend keeping it simple with their original thin crust pepperoni. Make sure to grab some sour cream packs too, you can't go wrong.

Okay, I usually order my pizza from this store but Saturday December 9th I truly had a bad experience with them that evening. As I usually do i ordered my pizza through the donatos pizza app. I was ordering it for my teenagers as I walked out the door. The order came while I was gone but when I returned it was not my order. I called just to complain about the mix up and please get my order right next time. The person on the phone just kept hanging up on me after I told him the problem I had with my order. Finally I called and the manager answered and told that I waited to long to complain about the order. After I said some words of encouragement they just finally refunded me. This stores customer service was horrible and definitely some customer service retraining is needed. I will be emailing corporate about their customer service experience at this store

Love their pizza! Great sauce and fresh toppings edge to edge. Regular crust is my favorite. Service is always good whenever we go. Have tried all different types. This time I got the very veggie with grilled chicken added. Can't wait to dive in! 😋
