This Papa John's is in a convenient location if you live near OSU's campus, but the quality could be better. Today I ordered a pizza, and it was abnormally burnt and hard. I don't know why the person who baked it didn't think, "oh, this pizza is burnt -- I should probably make a different one since someone paid for this and intends to eat it for dinner." So, now I'm eating burnt pizza. The crust tastes like burnt toast, and it is not particularly pleasant to chew. I also got cinnamon bites, and they, too, are a lil' on the crispy side.

Be careful of their drivers scam. They claim they can't make change (for my $20 bill) thus suckering a much larger tip out of me... I also had food poisoning top. This is mentioned way too many times in these reviews. I'm calling the health department and a lawyer...

The driver doesn't have GPS, and he couldn't find my address. I called to complain, and the manager hangs up on me, then calls me back to tell me I am an @$$hole, and I am getting worked up over nothing. This is my last time dealing with Papa John's.

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. Was told it would be 40 minutes. Called an hour and 20 minutes later and was told the driver had left 10 minutes ago but was stuck in traffic. The place is not even 2 miles away. Another 35 minutes later I tried to call again and all I got was a busy tone. The place is now closed and I never got my food! Lol clowns!

I have frequented this Papa John's during the past school year due to it's proximity to campus and due to the consistent quality of the food and friendliness of the staff!  It's literally my favorite Papa Johns!
