I've been eating here since I was a kid.. so 20 years? maybe longer.. Their food is the same it was back in the day, good! I love their subs, ham & cheese sub is amazing. Their pizza is average but I'm not a pizza lover so for me to like any pizza is rare. Customer service? I've had a couple of rude ones on there, one time a lady yelled at me cause I called and asked if my order had left (was going to add on a 2 liter) and she said "well you just ordered obviously not, it's cooking!" and was real snotty thinking I was trying to rush them or something. But lately it's been a nice lady that just takes my order and calls me hun so idk what all these complaints about rudeness are.

The toppings are average. The crust and sauce are somewhat bland. I always add garlic powder, oregano and basil on any pizzas. The price is very reasonable. This is a good "Fill up the gut" selection. Picture coming soon.

Dont order from this place!!! The rudest people ever.. pizzas not done.. tell me a hour to replace.. then says you can put it in the oven and hangs up!!! Do not order from here.. has went down hill.. and they do not care about you or quality.. call kings pizza or houndogz.. taste better anyway

I LOVE this place. I've ordered from here since i was a teen. Best roast beef subs in the city. Delivery is  sometimes long, but well worth it.

I will never order from this place again driver brought out the wrong pizzas call the shop they were rude hung up from never brought out correct pizza even lied and said it was on the way so I called Donatos what I got was fast friendly service the best pizza I guess it's true u pay for what u get if u want quality pay for it if u want trash poor service call Ohio state pizza...
