Pizza good but the last time my coworker and I ordered, our food didn't even get delivered. An hour after it was supposed to arrive I called the store and the guy said the delivery driver was on his way. One hour later I tried calling again to see what was going on and they stopped answering the phone. Never had three courtesy to call me or my friend. Cottage Inn lost both my coworker and I as customers. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. This was not the first time either. Several other times they were 30mins-1hr late delivering. That incident were they never bothered to show up was the last straw!

I have probably ordered food from this establishment close to 10 times and still do not understand why I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt. They've canceled my order after an hour plus of waiting for it to arrive on 3 occasions; they have NEVER given me the correct order and their staff clearly does not understand the concept of "customer service". DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING.

I ordered a pizza and it was never delivered, but they still charged my card. I called twice and they lied saying it was on its way. I filed a complaint with the AG's office and they never even bothered to respond. I want to like them, but I can say with confidence I will never order from this Cottage Inn again.

Friendly service and amazing wings. They were on point with their delivery service, too. My favorite is their spicy garlic wings and feta cheese bread.

Pizza is decent but delivery time is atrocious. Very much hit or miss, but at least it's not too busy late at night!
