Just bought a used camper at the Brainerd location last week. Dan was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us going over the ins and out of our camper. He however wasn't able to show us that our AC was working because he had already fired up the furnace and said the two would counteract each other. This didn't rest well with me but he said the camper got a full inspection and it would be fine. 24 hours later while beginning day 1 of our camping trip we discovered two problems: the AC doesn't work and something keeps tripping the gfi when we plug into a 20 amp. When we returned from our camping trip I contacted our salesman Cody and he was very helpful. He told us the AC was working when camper was inspected. Seems quite strange it wouldn't work for us though and it was never tested in front of us before we drove off the lot. We have to drive another 2 hours to Brainerd but they did agree to do a free 30 minute diagnostic test to see what is going on. I would have given 5 stars if the AC would have been tested in front of us and worked for our first camping trip. I feel funny about the situation right now. I will update my review after seeing how this all plays out and they handle our broken A/C.

Very pleasant! Got a great deal on a camper. The price couldn't be beat! Talk to Ben perrington! Super cool guy that won't BS you. Good guys to deal with.

Been trying to get a simple recall fixed on my 2015 Wenabago and called Kevin (service) at least 20 times and finally they set an appointment but before driving 400 miles to find out that they don't have my parts. Called and called but NO one had enough courticy to call back. Finally gave up today. They want to sell you the stupid RV but when it comes to service Wenabago is the WORST. No one calls you back, they don't care.

Bought my RV and the sales guys was more worried about getting to some big show. Just did a quick run through on how to turn stuff on. Had to sit for 3 1/2 hrs and wait for them to install a break controller, sales person told me it would only take an hour & a wall in my unit was bulging out said they would fix it before I left never got fixed. Now my air conditioner is leaking all over my bed & to top it off I get to take a whole day off work (missing out on wages) & drive 3 hrs just to get it fixed. Not a Happy Camper!!

BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased two campers previously from Pleasureland in St. Cloud and had wonderful service and experience. As a result, we foolishly trusted the Pleasureland in Brainerd when we really shouldn't have. Didn't even check the reviews, which I clearly should have because like others here, we had a horrible experience. They sold us a unit that was littered with issues, issues we did not have a chance to catch prior to purchase BUT issues that the dealership SHOULD have disclosed. We purchased the unit in February which made it next to impossible to properly inspect. When we got it home (15 hour drive away), we discovered 3 separate water leaks and damage including a wall, the floor under the couch and a cabinet. The break line was severed, the water line had been taped together with electrical tape, the battery was dead and both canvas ends needed replacing due to the multiple holes which not only damaged the bunk ends but the cushions as well. Salesperson played dumb like he had no idea what was wrong. Dan the manager's response was like the other's one line have reported "you bought as is and used". He sent us a $650 cheque to cover over $4000 worth of repairs. HORRIBLE person and a HORRIBLE dealership - PLEASE DO NOT buy from this dealership. They act nice and promise honesty but laugh behind your back once you leave and they have your hard earned money!!
