we moved here from Virginia recently and have to find our trusted places to do business. Progress takes time. Our Auto Service folks in Virginia were honest, fair, polite and very trustworthy. We ended up with a flat tire yesterday and Done Right was open. He was fast, fair and extremely friendly. Thank you Lord for the flat tire, you led us to someone we can trust and do business with!

The worst experience I have ever had at any shop. I had someone sugar my gas tank and had them come get my car Sunday morning, they said it would be finished Monday evening, it wasn’t. So they say it would be finished Tuesday morning at 9:30, it wasn’t of course. They hadn’t even LOOKED at it. The owner rick called me and said my estimate would be $80 tow fee, $65 just to look at it, & $300 labor. Three days later I had my “tank cleaned, lines flushed, cleaned” whatever. Rick called me said my total was 522 and some change, for 2 hours worth of work, 3 days later. I also have a job where i drive place to place, so clearly had to miss... When I show up to pay, he legit says “we don’t take cards” and points at his sign (as if I read it over it the phone).. whatever, I get his money and get in my car, when i start it I hear this bad knocking, I walk STRAIGHT back to the car and they locked the door on me told me it wasn’t them, they couldn’t have done that... so my bf tells me just to chill out come home he will look at it, no sense in arguing. So I obviously had to stop to get gas and the gas wouldn’t go in, it would just shoot back out. So i got my refund for gas and come home so my bf could check it out. Guess why my gas wouldn’t go in... BECAUSE IT WAS BLOCKED BY A POUND OF SUGARRR! they did NOTHING! Not one single thing. Didn’t even pull the hose from the chamber to the reservoir, sooo now my car is probably blown up. Thank you “done right” for not doing one single thing right. Do not go here, lazy, greedy, useless bunch of people. Hope i can post pics and videos of this. :) oh did i mention, after my research, there’s plenty of law suits on this place, and ole rick bout to have another one.

Staff & Owner were very friendly & helpful. We were on vacation and unfortunately needed service on our vehicle on Sunday. They gave us a great deal & had us back on the road in no time! We will always use Done Right Auto if need be in the future. Thanks guys!

Stopped in for an oil change before a long drive home, excellent service. Reasonable prices. They even noticed a break light was out and changed it for free so we didn’t get a ticket on the way back home. Definitely recommend.

This place is great! I would recommend to anyone who needs anything done!!The owner Rick is an honest, straight shooter. I was kinda stuck a pickle and he helped right off the bat! He’s a genuine good hearted guy, not just looking to make a buck. Highly satisfied with the customer service and care! -Patrick F.
