AMAZING....friendly, thorough and well priced service!    After moving here from Omaha in August we took our Jeep to them in the fall for what we thought we needed.   Rick and team checked it out and said it was fine, then DIDN'T CHARGE US a penny!    So, last month we returned for standard service and asked for an itemized list of repairs he thought we should have done (it's a 2002).  We told him we'd leave the car for 5 days and wanted the list of 7 items repaired.   They had the Jeep ready in 3 days and charged us well under the quoted estimate!  She's running great.

First time in years we found an auto repair center that we left not feeling like we'd just gotten a wedgie.   We WON'T be going anywhere else!

Good service I suppose, about as trustworthy as any other mechanic ... they will not guarantee their work. If you take it to get a leak fixed and they replace a $500 part and it still leaks they obviously didn't replace the right thing but instead of fixing the correct thing for free you pay another couple hundred dollars to fix the thing that should have been fixed to begin with. They will just keep throwing money at the problem until they find the answer ... I coulda done that myself and saved a thousand dollars.

AWESOME!!!
I posted a full review on their Facebook page I think. The short version is not only do they do excellent work on foreign and domestic cars, I am proud to support them in their community service projects. They have a spectacular children’s play area and often a dog in the office. Doesn’t get much better than that.

My husband is a retired mechanic, this is the one and ONLY place we will have our car worked on. Most trustworthy and honest shop in Sevierville. If you need work done this is the place to be!

My experience at Rick's has always been a good one. The staff there is very helpful and informative. I have taken my car to Rick service center when needed for 20 to 25 years. I have always had a pleasant experience and been informed before anything was done to my car. The estimates I receive are usually a little high so it's present when I get my bill and it's lower than what was estimated. I love being able to make my appointment on the internet. I would recommend Rick to anyone who needs friendly reliable service! I am currently in the market for another car, and was told by the staff to bring it in before I purchased so they could check it out for me. You don't have to ask if Rick is a Christian he proves it every day.
